Allen Grimwood commenced trading as Zenith Town Planning in July 2007. He has over two decades of experience in urban and regional planning as a consultant, with local government and in research positions.
Allen has specialist skills in sustainable design, environmental/social/economic assessment, heritage management, tourism development and strategic land use planning. He is a corporate member of the Planning Institute of Australia, a Certified Practising Planner and is a state member of the Southern Joint Regional Planning Panel.
Allen has collaborative working relationships with state agencies and local government authorities across NSW. His business goal is to provide dedicated, economical and specialist planning services to the development sector, local government and state agencies. Consulting services range from site analysis, due diligence and pre-purchase advice to project managing complex applications for subdivision, commercial and industrial development.
