Eurobodalla Shire Council Media Release
Monday 20 November 2017
Renowned entrepreneur hosting customer service seminars
Creator of multi-million dollar empire Attitude Inc and former International Entrepreneur of the Year Justin Herald will host three free seminars in Eurobodalla this month to share his secrets to great customer service.
Justin started his Attitude t-shirt business with $50 in 1995. Clever marketing and a strong desire to succeed turned it into a multi-million dollar empire in just six years.
Council’s business development team is pleased to bring Justin to the region to run free customer service seminars in Batemans Bay, Moruya and Narooma.
He will speak about the customer ‘buying phase’, customer needs, service must-dos and how to close sales quicker, how to create raving fans and how to stand out from the competition.
Council’s Business Development Manager Sarah Cooper encouraged business owners and their staff to come along and learn the secrets of success from one of Australia’s great entrepreneurs and leaders.
“We’re really excited that we’ve secured Justin Herald to run these sessions. When it comes to helping businesses prepare for the busy summer season, an inspirational guru like Justin is a gift,” she said.
“He is a big supporter of regional Australia and passionate about helping businesses reach their full potential.”
Ms Cooper said great customer service could have a big impact on a business’s bottom line, and contribute to improved tourism as a whole.
“There is one thing that can set us apart from other coastal tourist destinations and that’s how we greet and look after all our customers,” she said.
“Repeat business is great business and word of mouth referrals are the best form of advertising.
“Come and listen to Justin for a couple of hours of entertaining, inspirational, hard-hitting wisdom. Treat your staff to this great opportunity and reap the benefits this summer. It’s also a great opportunity to network and catch up with fellow businesses before it all gets crazy.”
RSVP is essential to Business Development Manager Sarah Cooper on 02 4474 1271 or email@example.com by Monday 27 November 2017. For more information visit the events page on Council’s website, www.esc.nsw.gov.au
